My family and I — my wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and I — lived in a 1-bedroom with a den at Cedar Commons for a year (May 2024-May 2025), and we’re grateful for the experience. The apartment was renovated, every appliance was new and clean, and had a great layout that worked well for our small family. The den gave us a flexible space we used as a bedroom for our daughter.
One of the best parts of our stay was the management team. Ashley and the staff were consistently responsive, professional, genuinely kind and friendly. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly, and communication was always clear and respectful. It made a big difference to feel heard and supported in the community.
The location was also a plus — close to major roads, Ontario Beach, Greece school district and shopping, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that felt safe and family-friendly.
While we ultimately decided to move out due to the need for more storage space as our family grew, bigger, we left on good terms and with good memories. Cedar Commons was a lovely place to call home for a year, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained, well-managed apartment community in the Rochester area.
