I am coming up on my first anniversary of living at Cedar Commons. I can honestly say I am very happy here. Even with all the apartments here, it is still quite a quiet complex. The neighbors are respectful of each other and friendly too. Whenever I have friends come over, they love my apartment as much as I do. Very spacious with lots of storage and the price is perfect. I paid more each month when I owned my own house and I had to pay more in utilities, lawn care and snow removal. When I look out my living room window, it looks like I live in a park. Getting rid of my house and moving into Cedar Commons was the best move I ever made. The staff that works here are also some of the greatest people to have. I worked almost 38 years in an office, so I know how office staff can be. The maintenance people are friendly and quick to respond to any problem you might be having. I hope to enjoy MANY more anniversaries here in a place I am proud to call HOME.

I have lived at Cedar Commons apartments for 11 years and it has been the best for my two dogs, Chiva and Diva.  They enjoy walking to meet some of my friends who have small dogs and the outdoors.  It's a nice place, near Lake Ontario Beach.  My dogs also enjoy watching the chimpunks and once in a while, the deer across the way from my apartment.  The staff here is very nice and understand me well.  The staff has a lot of patience and helps me by writing translations .  They always enjoy seeing my dog Diva.  It's a great place to live and that's why I have lived here for 11 years.  Time goes fast!

Why do I love living at Cedar Commons?
I love watching my daughter grow up here!  We moved here when she just turned 1, and since then she has grown so much! (She’ll be 3 in October)  Every time I walk into the office with her, the staff is so friendly and always says how cute she is, and of course she LOVES the attention!  My favorite part of living here?!?  She just learned how to swim by herself (well…with the arm floaties; but with no one else touching her).  It’s also a great place to live for the price.  It’s maintenance free. And people who live in the complex are so friendly, every time you walk by someone they always say hi.  The staff are also friendly.  Whether it’s the ladies in the office, or the maintenance guys; they always engage in conversation and have really great personalities!

Why do I love living at Cedar Commons? I moved here 10 years ago and moved in with my wife who has lived here longer. Lots of good time and memories that make me want to answer this question. Katie's mom had her job then and taught Katie well. Two things specific that I can think of are the office and maintaince. They are both great at their jobs very professional and know all by site and most by... names and consider several friends. The second if our building right now is the best we all are on facebook and communicate often wonderful and caring when for health reasons I need help and they are there. Katie we only want the three families here hehehe just kidding but love our apt and building and neighbors here.

It has been nearly six years since I moved into Cedar Commons and I know there will be many more years to come. When I first joined the Cedar Commons community, it was simply to find a 'new place to live'. I was starting over in many ways and this community was close to work, college and family. Very quickly I realized that Cedar Commons was not just 'a place to live', it was a HOME, my HOME. ...From the spacious and wonderfully designed floor plan to the amenities to the wonderful, caring maintenance staff and office crew, my 'fresh start' has turned into a happy life. I love Cedar Commons because it is home, because it is a home that I am proud of and enjoy. I love Cedar Commons because it truly is the best in apartment living.

I love living at Cedar Commons for so many reasons. Financially, it is the best kept secret in Rochester, the apartments are nice and the rent is inexpensive. Even the heat is free, so when my friends complain about their heating bill in the winter, I definitely feel lucky.
The community is a real community. Everyone is so nice, but the best part is that you still have privacy. My fiancé and I have lived here for several years and I lived here as a teenager with my father. I do not have any children and value my serenity and privacy. I have never been disturbed by my neighbors and we always smile and say “hi’ when we see each other in the hall. I also love that there is so much room to have a picnic or cookout on the grass.
The staff is all friendly and helpful. They always ask how I am doing when I go into the office and are always available. They are all professional and I appreciate them, greatly.
We have both become disabled since living here and the staff have been so helpful by placing a handicapped marker for us. It is so nice not to have to worry about mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, or plowing the driveway. I can wake up and it is done.
I would and have recommended Cedar Commons to many people.

There are just so many reasons why I love Cedar Commons. The location is perfect, being immediately off the parkway. All the staff is personable and eager to help assist with any problem. Everyone that lives in Cedar Commons is always so friendly, whether they know you or not. Cedar Commons is so affordable for having such amazing apartments and amenties. It is hard to find an affordable, decent a...partment in the Rochester area, but Cedar Commons has surpassed my expectations. Cedar Commons isn't just "decent," its a one of a kind apartment style living. The apartments themselves are so spacious and beautiful, not to mention everything they include! And of course, the pool is always a plus! Cedar Commons is by far the best apartment complex.

Cedar Commons is such a great place to live and I love it here! I love the interior design of my home, I have seen no other place set up like here. There are only four units in my building, so it's not noisy or overcrowded. We have new washing machines which are great! The building is kept clean and smoke free, always a plus. Parking is spacious for whenever guests come over and I can usually park right outside my windows.? The pool is newly renovated and a great amenity when it's hot in the summer. The location out here in Greece is perfect for my shopping needs and only five minutes from Charlotte beach, can't beat it! Overall the area is away from the main road so it's quiet and you can hear the birds chirp in the morning, it's very peaceful here. I have lived at Cedar Commons for almost three years and I have enjoyed and loved every day here.
