The standard lease term is one year, however leases signed between October and February are 16-months. Sub-leasing is available. A $50 nonrefundable processing fee must be submitted with your application.
Upon approval of your application, a non-refundable holding fee of $200.00 in the form of a money order is required within 3 business days. This fee is applied towards your first month's rent. A security deposit equal to one-month base rent plus additional rents is required for any floor plan and is due upon move-in.*

*We allow cats and dogs under 35 lbs (certain breeds not allowed). There is an additional $250 security deposit for pets which is non-refundable (this is on top of the one month security deposit). In addition, there is a $35 a month fee for one pet and $50 a month for two pets. |
